Who can be a LIFE Group Leader? A committed RLCCnian for at least 3 months Knows the Vision Frame of RLCC Knows the Principles and Practices of Communityship (10 + 5) Knows the Journey of Relationships (4 stages) Knows the basic principles of leadership (credibility, context, and challenges) Knows how to do LEAD Willing to submit to the leadership of RLCC
