How you will learn through RLMS… Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Ask for Input Acquire the information Apply the knowledge You will get input on a particular subject according to your learning style and situation in life. It may be through online materials, printed materials, CD’s /DVDs, classes/seminars, or books. You will meet with your mentor to process the information. He or she will help you understand. You will be tested to help you master the subject. The goal is for you to know the information by heart. You will be asked to apply what you know in real life situations. You will be coached along the way. If necessary, the mentor will show you how. After you apply it, you will meet with your mentor again to review what you’ve learned.

Enrollment Get enrollment form from PE. Fill it up according to the following instructions: Write all your personal information in the space provided. Decide whether to take a course or just a subject . When you choose a course, you don’t need to write anything in “subject(s) you want to enroll in.” If you want to enroll only on a subject, write its name. Choose only one course . The next course covers the previous course. For example, EQUIP 2 covers all subjects under EQUIP 1 and EQUIP 2. Choose audit or credit . Audit is for personal enrichment only. There’s no test so there’s no grade. If you want to graduate from a course, choose credit. Indicate your “ input preference, ” i.e. how you want to receive input or information regarding your subject. This would depend on available resources. Don’t write anything on “ total tuition .” But choose your mode of payment , whether one-time, installment, or via scholarship. Tuition is 200 pesos per unit, unless you have a scholarship. Your total tuition will depend on your units. Submit enrollment form; wait for interview and acceptance. Start your learning journey.

Frequently Asked Questions about RLMS Do I have to enroll in RLMS? It really depends on you. If you want to grow as a Christian, personal mentoring in the context of a community is the best way. How long are the subjects and courses? You are given three months to finish a subject. You can finish earlier and so move up to the next subject or level. There are twelve levels for each course. If you use up the three months for each level, it will take you more or less three years. If you ‘re diligent enough, you can finish a course in a year. What if I don’t have money to pay the tuition? If you are really motivated to learn, and you can prove that you are really unable to pay tuition, then we will give you a scholarship. In some situations, your community can sponsor you or someone generous can pay for your tuition. Scholarship does not include printed materials or books. You will have to raise support for those. If you choose to get your input online, everything will be free. What kind of grading system do you use? You receive a grade after an oral or written test on a subject. The grading system is simple: 1 – above expectations; 2 – within expectations; 3 – below expectations. When you get a 3, you can try again two more times without paying. If you still get a 3, you have to repeat the subject and pay again.
