(Ning sites, LinkedIn groups, Facebook groups, etc.) A great source for everything: (http://socialnetworksined.wikispaces.com/) Find a handful of blogs you like and subscribe to them using RSS feeds, Google Reader, etc. Comment, if you want. Bloggers love comments! Join a microblogging network like Twitter, Plurk or EdModo (see appendix) Watch things quietly for a while, then become part of the conversation.

A weekly live show on Saturdays gives members a chance to communicate and learn together. I joined this network for blog ideas. They also have a FaceBook page (2,300 members), a Wiki and a blog.
