There are two ways members are added to your patron list. When someone goes to your url www.greenbackstreet.com/businessname, then joins greenbackstreet as a result. You are automatically added to their “favorites” list. When a member comes across your listing on GreenBackStreet and adds you to their favorites list.Local Patrons: Local Patrons 2 – Sign In Make sure you are signed in. Go to Your Account.Local Patrons: Local Patrons 3 – View or Export Your Patron List Find the Patron List link from the Local Menu in Your Account section.Local Patrons: Local Patrons 3 – View or Export Your Patron List (cont) Here is a list of people that have your Local business as one of their favorites. This means that they have opted-in to receiving information regarding your business. Your list will look like this:Local Patrons: Local Patrons 3 – View or Export Your Patron List (cont) If you have more than one location, each location has its own patron list. To view the patron list for different locations, you can select that location from the drop down field at the top of the list called View Patrons.Local Patrons: Local Patrons 3 – View or Export Your Patron List (cont) From here you have two options: You can export the list to a Microsoft Excel ( csv ) file. This will allow you to send messages to your patron list from your email client. Important Note: You are responsible for making sure the emails you send from your email client are CAN-SPAM compliant ( http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/business/ecommerce/bus61.shtm ) .Local Patrons: Local Patrons 3 – View or Export Your Patron List (cont) From here you have two options (cont): You can send an email message to your patron list from GreenBackStreet. Start by selecting the patrons that you’d like to send an announcement to. You can select the entire list by selecting the box next to First Name.Local Patrons: Local Patrons 3 – View or Export Your Patron List (cont) From here you have two options (cont): Click the Send button. Important Note: This will not send a message; it will take you to a screen that will allow you to compose a message.Local Patrons: Local Patrons 3 – View or Export Your Patron List (cont) From here you have two options (cont): Enter the message you’d like to send to your patrons and click the Send button. You’ll know that your message has been sent when you get a confirmation message. You do not have the permission to view this presentation.
