Career Summary : 

Career Summary I am a good hard worker. I have been worked since 2007 until now, firstly as an interviewer for The Indonesia Institute (NGO), then as a Translator and Freelance Interviewer for MarkPlus inc (International Market Research Company) . After I graduated on 2008 from Jayabaya University, I worked for JobsDB.com as an Event Officer, and on 2009 I worked for PT Etos Indonusa, (International pest Management Company) as a Marketing Executive. And now I am working for Kadence International (International Market Research Company) as an Assistant Manager. I am also working for community Development known as New Hope Ministry as a volunteer since January 2007. I am Also volunteering for Sahabat Anak (NGO), concerning of street children prosperity, also for Indonesia Red Cross as Active Donor Blood. Since I was working for my community development in 2007 (New Hope Ministry), I knew how to motivate people, how to build their self confidence to face or develop their own skill. Not only for the adult but also for the children. I can say that more difficult to build the children’s self confidence, because most of them are thinking that they don’t have any opportunity to get they dream, not as other children at different social level at their same age. The point is how we make people have more self confidence to make something good. I also familiar with corporate social responsibility from some companies. Because to make me easier to get fund from those companies. As a Interviewer at The Indonesia Institute or MarkPlus inc, I had to meet a lot of people from different level. Someday I have to meet lower or upper class level to interview them. I have to know the reason of the product they are used?, why their preferto choose one of the product?. Then I know the different taste of my respondents. Another experience I got from JobsDB.com. As Event Officer I have to design a good concept of event or training or conference. I have good role when we were running In House Training and Human Resource Conference 2009. Because I have to make good design project to be presented. Providing all materials needed, develop training material and conduct training course. I also have knowledge of using audio visual technique to program launched. I very satisfied because I am one of lucky person who can running national event known as Human Resource Conference 2009.

And in the middle of 2009, I worked for PT Etos Indonusa as Marketing Executive. Firstly, I really didn’t know about pest management. But I tried to learn about this business. I also tried to implementing my marketing skill when I got from my previous job. I tried to run this business by learning from the market research methods. I found what residence needs, the management building needs, the hotels or public place needs. Why they had to protect their environment by using the pest control company. The next challenge for me is how to increase my monthly income? How to sell the service more than before? What strategy I have to use to realize my plan? Then, I knew what I got to do. I have to concern to the residence level. Not only focus on building management level or manufacturing level. I realize it was my extreme decision, I tried distributing brochure to the residence level more than before. Why I took this? Because if I only focus on the building or manufacturing level. They already have pest control service, so if I still want to get the company as my client, I have to wait until the pest control contract is over. That’s why I focus on the residence level. Finally I can proved it to my manager that the decision I have taken was right.   Now, as Assistant Manager, I have to manage my team to running all project right on schedule. I have to have good stress management to keep me out of stress. I have to make project costing, costing draft, project draft, finance report, project report and monthly report. I am providing research materials, also communicating between the head office and fieldwork to make well progress. If client wants to witness the process I will make schedule for them and also entertaining them to make good corporate relationship. I realize that what I got until this day is not a result of one day working. I have to pass challenges step by step. Well, i want to give more information about me. I graduated from Jayabaya University majoring International Relations. I have good understading about politics, social life, children welfare, gender equity, etc. I always took feminism for my subject in any seminar. Because I believe that “people can do anything as long as they want to learn about it”. If I want to relate it to the quote which is “there is always woman behind a successful man”. That’s why I learnt about gender equity (feminism). I also have a good skill in computer software packages such as Microsoft office application, internet application, windows application, and also adobe photpshop. As a modern person, it is not difficult for me to find information or something by internet. I have read book written by Thomas L. Friedmann known as “the world is flat” one of the point is talk about internet. How our life easier than before since we know very well internet. We can know everything out of our place in very second from by using internet.

Experience of building and maintaining relationship for influence Excellent written and spoken English; strong command in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia as well as interpersonal and public relation skill.
