SMART Goal:

SMART Goal SMART Goal: By Module 5, I will have at least 3 vital recommendations for each of the areas of housing, transportation, communication, banking, and child care developed for use. I will utilize personal research and feedback from my colleagues to form these ideas. This will reduce the adjustment time for in-coming employees, which will benefit my organization by shrinking the gap in production.

SMART Objectives SMART Objective: Perform research on the 5 areas mentioned above SMART Objective: Obtain feedback and recommendations from senior employees SMART Objective: Obtain feedback from the newest employees, who will simulate as new arrivals with no experience in Germany

Intended Action Plan:

Intended Action Plan Banking : -By 15 September, spend one hour researching what banks allow account creation outside of Germany -By 16 September, seek feedback from senior employees on what banks they use and the pros and cons. Housing : -By 19 September spend one hour researching the nuances of temporary and long-term lodging in Germany. -By 20 September seek personal learning experiences regarding housing from senior employees

Intended Action Plan Continued Transportation : -By 22 September spend one hour researching modes of transportation in Germany. - By 23 September hold discussions on how to get around not just Germany, but also Europe, as the two are closely related. Communication : -By 26 September spend one hour researching how to obtain a cell phone. - By 27 September obtain recommendations and learning experiences regarding cell phones. Family care : -As someone who does not have a family, performing personal research will have limited effectiveness. - It will be essential to survey employees who have children by 1 October to meet scheduled deadline.
