Collaboration: “ Gateway Demonstration Project” (pending legislation) A two-year demonstration project that brings together the CDE Adult Education, the community colleges Workforce Investment Boards and others to fast track individuals from AE and CCC non credit programs into postsecondary academic / vocational courses.
