What does it mean to be thankful? Why should we be thankful? Implementing Thankfulness and Gratitude in the real world. Slide 2: What is Thankfulness??? Definition: : Definition: Thankfulness feeling or expressing gratitude; appreciative. Related forms: Thankful, verb Thank⋅ful⋅ly, adverb Thank⋅ful⋅ness, noun Synonyms: beholden, obliged, grateful To Whom should we be thankful? : To Whom should we be thankful? GOD Psalms 100:3-5 : Psalms 100:3-5 3) Know ye that the LORD HE is God, it is HE that hath made us and not we ourselves; we are HIS people, and the sheep of HIS pasture. 4) Enter into HIS gates with thanksgiving and into HIS courts with praise; be thankful unto HIM and bless HIS name. 5) For the LORD is good, HIS mercy is everlasting, HIS truth endureth to all generations. Be Appreciative Understand it is not you, but God that give you your success God provided you with teachers and the intelligence to learn the skills you have acquired that bring you success. In order to be appreciative towards God, you must absolutely love Him. Be Appreciative Whatever you have is from GOD God bless his children by providing for the needs and even occasionally their wants.
