Ang Identification Cards (ID) ay ibinibigay na ng mga school sa mag- aaral mula sa kanilang MOOE.: THE REVISED GUIDELINES GOVERNING PTAs DepED Order No. 54 s. 2009General Policy: General Policy Every elementary and secondary school shall organize a Parents-Teachers Association (PTA)Purpose: Purpose P rovide a forum for the discussion of issues and their solutions to the total school program and to ensure the full cooperation of parents in the efficient implementation of such program Shall serve as support group and as a significant partner of the school whose relationship shall be defined by cooperative and open dialogue to promote the welfare of the studentsMembership: Membership Parents of duly enrolled pupils /students in that school for the particular school year Guardians of duly enrolled pupils /students in that school for the particular school year Teachers = homeroom advisers, subject teachers, non-teaching personnelTimelines: Timelines 15 days from the start of the school year = Homeroom PTAs organization 30 days from the start of the school year = PTA Board of Directors ( presidents of Homeroom PTAs and respective Homeroom Advisers) Board of Directors shall immediately elect from among themselves the executive officers of the PTA on the same day of their election to the Board Municipal PTA Federation shall be organized from the schools’ PTA in the municipality ; the president-elect shall sit as representative of the Federation to the Local School Board.General Assembly: General Assembly Composition = all parents of enrolled students of the schools, Board of Directors and Officers of the PTA, School Head, Homeroom Advisers, Subject Teachers, Non-Teaching Personnel Purpose = serve as venue for presentation and discussion of PTAs’ programs, projects, financial statements, reports and other matters.
