The visual effects of A Night at the museum serve to attract attention: the dinosaur serving as a "good dog" The lion (in line with that of Narnia) and other animals, are a good hook for those who still surprised us with any other creature that originated in the cinema.
Only the argument sells a story quite original and fun, and of course it is.
