Read the Following Important Reminders Online Enrollment for the 2 nd Semester of SY 2012-13 (October 25 -November 8) is reserved ONLY for Regular Non-Graduating Students . If you are an irregular student or are graduating for this March 2013 (both regular and irregular) please follow the manual or conventional enrollment procedure and proceed to your designated enrollment areas. As with previous regular enrollment you need to pay your tuition fees (see posted bulletins- minimum downpayment for installment plans or full payment for cash basis) at the Cashier’s Window – Student Accounting Office or designated Banks (nearby branches of East West, Allied Bank, Metrobank , BPI, Unionbank etc) but payment should be made at least 3 DAYS before your scheduled online enrollment time slot or SchoolAutomate initial log in. If you are unable to pay on or before this period (3 days before online enrollment) then proceed to the normal or conventional enrollment process. You must follow your assigned day/time of online enrollment. Enrollment maybe invalidated if you do not follow the time and day. If you are unable to follow the assigned time and schedule then proceed to the normal or conventional enrollment process.

If you do not see any available block section then you are either an irregular student or you may have previous failures prohibiting you from enrolling the pre requisite subject. Please proceed to designated areas and follow the normal or conventional enrollment process. After successful transaction you have the option to print your schedule in any paper for your reference. To have your official registration card re printed proceed to the Registrar’s Office starting Nov 13. For questions or queries pls call the Registrar’s office at 4326026 – look for Maam Cindy or Maam Maricel .

You will see the subjects you may enroll click on block section (Only regular students can use online enrollment). If a subject does not appear then you may have had a failure and the pre-requisite subject does not show. Example you failed Eng 1 in the 1 st sem – Eng 2 will not come out Click on proceed Click on block section

You may review your assessment by clicking on compute icon Click print to lock advising and finalize enrollment. If you have not yet paid ( at least 3 days before online enrollment) then an error will appear. Your sections have not been saved and you need to go to the regular enrollment areas to complete your enrollment. Important – you cannot change section/s once you have saved the transaction. Enrollment Complete!

Print your schedules in any piece of paper. Later on starting November 15 you may proceed to the Registrar’s office for printing of your sections in the official registration card.
