Password, Etc.:
Password, Etc. Set your password to be ACUTX11 . (Please ignore the audio instructions that say to use ACUTX1, because CUNA’s password requirements have changed.) Create your account using your ACU e-mail address. This will allow your supervisor to see what you’ve enrolled in. (CUNA doesn’t provide transcripts.) If you have trouble after following the instructions in the rest of this video, call CUNA at 800.356.9655, x 4249.

Troubleshooting Making the Enrollment Form Work - We are listed as America’s CU. (Apostrophe is required.) The form is a little “cranky,” and you have to enter it just right. Don’t hit the space bar or anything after you write the credit union name. Just leave the cursor in place, and a list will appear above with credit union names. Click on our CU. I notice that all our branches are listed. To be on the safe side, let’s all click the main branch. Duplicate Log-In - If you get a message saying that a duplicate log-in exists, it is because you have already done a CUNA webinar in the past and obtained your log-in information at that time. If so, use your old password. If you can’t remember it, contact CUNA for help.
