Lucky 7 Raffle Contest Sales tracked from 4/11/2011 – 4/24/2011 $.50 sales commission per ticket sold. Prizes awarded to top in district and top 3 in region. $300 is prize.

SSCC:

SSCC Previously two associates or managers were required to change bags. Now only 1 associate or manager can change out bags. You will now find troubleshooting, report printing, and cleaning procedures inside the door of the SSCC.

SSCC Cont.:

SSCC Cont. The daily and weekly accounting procedures for the SSCC have been changed. You will follow the instructions on the NEW SSCC weekly Activity Summary envelope. We will no longer have a daily form to use.

ITVM:

ITVM Previously two associates were needed to change books and unload cash from the ITVM. Now one associate can do this.

Lottery :

Lottery The way we handle a lottery adjustment has changed. We will now enter the adjustment the day of the occurrence instead of at the end of the week.

Cash Office Changes:

Cash Office Changes You will no longer face bills while preparing cash deposits. You will always use stranger mode to verify bundles and straps. There is no need to verify bundles by hand any longer. Straps will only be used to secure groups of 100 bills for deposit. Groups of 50 bills for store use should be secured with a rubber band.

Cash Office Changes Cont. You will balance the safe 2 times per night. When you take control of the office and at the end of your shift. Coupons will no longer be counted. You will no longer photocopy the Weekly Money Transfer Activity Envelope to retain at the store level.

Cash Office Changes Cont. Cash and check deposits can be prepared and sealed by one associate. Cash and check deposits can be dropped by one associate. You will deposit lottery online sales nightly. Armored car will now be handled by the manager in charge. The customer service staff will not be involved.

Cash Office Changes Cont. All cash office documentation will be retained for 26 weeks. Adding machine slips and other nightly documentation should be recycled at the end of the night if the cash office balances within $5.00. We do not need to save these items any longer.

Customer Service Desk Changes We can not accept unembossed credit cards for manual transactions. We MUST use the credit card imprinter to process manual credit card transactions. Batch gift card activations can not be processed in advance. No gift card orders can be activated in advance. They must be done with the customer present.
