1st Step :
Go to Windows icon Click on Power Point Options. 1st Step
2nd Step :
Click on Popular Tab Select “Show Developer Tab in the Ribbon. 2nd Step
3rd Step :
Click on Developer Tab Click on More Controls under Controls. 3rd Step
4th Step :
Select VideoLAN VLC Activex Pluggin v2 Click OK. 4th Step
5th Step :
Now you will get a cross cursor.
Click and drag the cursor for a size as per your wish. And the image will look like as shown below. 5th Step
6th Step :
Now Right Click on the VLC player image blow and Click on Properties. 6th Step
7th Step :
Click on MRL Put the path of your “.flv” file with file name just next to MRL. 7th Step
8th Step :
Close the Properties window and save your file.
Now it is ready for presentation.
Don’t forget to put .flv extension with the name of your file. Ex – Doom2.flv etc.
Your machine must have VLC Player installed in it. And at the time of installing VLC Player you must click on “Activex Plugging” to run the video properly and support your presentation. 8th Step
