COMMITMENT TO QUALITY An active member of the QuEST Forum, Telmar is the only provider certified in both the TL 9000 procurement and repair services product categories and one of a few providers of pre-owned solutions currently certified to the TL 9000 procurement standard.  Telmar's facilities in Manesar, India; Plano,Texas; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Irvine, California; Council Bluffs, Iowa; Tampa, Florida; and Toronto, Ontario, Canada, are TL 9000 certified.  Its facilities in Solihull, United Kingdom; Eindhoven, The Netherlands, and Antwerp, Belgium, are ISO 9001:2008 certified. TL 9000 is the quality management standard for the telecommunications industry developed by the QuEST Forum industry association. The standard includes all of ISO 9001, plus 92 additional telecom specific requirements and measurements focused on design, development, production, delivery, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications products and services. TELMAR CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS PORTAL Telmar’s Customer Solutions portal is a self-service website custom designed to provide real time transactional and query access to our supply chain. From our Customer Solutions portal, you can track shipments and repair status, search our extensive catalog of products, and request a quote online. You can also request a return authorization and print a barcoded return tag from the site. All Customer Solutions portal functions are custom built to meet our customer’s needs and are integrated directly into our backend systems to provide real time, accurate and secure availability to customer data and transactions. Log into our Customer Solutions portal to access Repair Tracker, Shipment Tracker, Product Search, Request Quote and Request Repair Authorization services. ASSET RECOVERY SYSTEM Our exclusive Asset Recovery System allows us to rapidly scan and disposition customer Network assets onsite. These invaluable tools support our spares management programs to streamline the process and eliminate the handling, transportation and traditional costs associated with inventory classification.
