It is unwanted or useless materials . Litter is waste which has been disposed of improperly, particularly waste which has been carelessly disposed of in plain sight , as opposed to waste which has been dumped to avoid paying for waste disposal fees.

Avoid use of Plastic: 

Avoid use of Plastic Don’t put garbage in plastic bags and throw it away. Stray animals end up in swallowing these bags when they look for food in garbage. Plastic bags cannot be re-cycled. These bags when burnt release harmful gases which cause health problems.
