GOVERNANCE : 

GOVERNANCE “action or manner by which people in government conduct the policies and affairs of a state or region” towards the accomplishment of sworn goals

Development Administration and Finance Sector of the Regional Development Council : 

Development Administration and Finance Sector of the Regional Development Council considered an essential support component of the development system because it cuts across all the development concerns of other sectors mainly focused on the development of the capabilities and right attitude of the people in government and the NGOs/private sector in order to achieve the aims and objectives of government through their respective programs links and interacts with the other sectors of the RDC by providing development support programs to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of people’s performance
