Reviewing grant applications Using RISCA’s online grant application system

Step 1: Log In to System : 

Step 1: Log In to System Type the username and password you received from RISCA staff

Step 3: to review the application : 

Step 3: to review the application click on the .pdf link on the right hand side of each application listing a .pdf version of the application opens up for your review

Step 4: to rank the application : 

Step 4: to rank the application to assign a rank to this application use the pull-down menu rank the application from zero (lowest rank) to 20 (highest rank) Rank 0 to 10 for artistic merit Rank 0 to 5 for clarity and achievability Rank 0 to 5 for public value Add it all up, should be a number between 0 and 20

Step 5: your comments before the meeting help save time at the meeting : 

after (or as) you read the app, click on Add Comments to capture your thoughts, questions, or concerns about the app. These comments are NOT for public con- sumption. this box will open. add your comments, and be sure to click submit comments in order to save your comments Step 5: your comments before the meeting help save time at the meeting
