EATE (Empowering Afghanistan through Education) is a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt nonprofit corporation that was founded by Hussina Paktiawal in November 2017. The aim of EATE is to promote primary education in Afghanistan by making it more accessible for children.

Work Undertaken By Hussina as the Founder/President of EATE Hussina Jacqueline Paktiawal aka Hussina Paktiawal registered Articles of Incorporation with NC Department of the Secretary of State as a nonprofit organization. She filed all the federal and state tax forms with the Internal Revenue Service to get an Employee Identification Number, tax exempt status, and annual tax filing for 2017-2018. She submitted application with NC State Employees Combined Campaign to get a charity number. In addition to this, she also completed the foundation’s business plan and concept paper, & created grants and proposals for the public, private sector, government, and United Nations.
