How Does it work? : 

How Does it work? The Vehicle Tracking System uses the GPS satellite system through a 20 channel GPS receiver to track a vehicle's movement, and transmits that information in a compressed format over the GSM and GPRS network. Tracked Vehicle information is then made available to the user over the Internet from the Clay’s web server. Any one can get comprehensive tracking reports on GIS map. Clay's Vehicle Tracking System is reliable and easy-to-use and it offers considerable financial benefits to commercial fleet operators.

VTS Briefing : 

VTS Briefing The dash board shows selected vehicle on MAP with their latest location. On mouse over to vehicle icon we show information of vehicle in Tool-Tip window. We also show vehicle with different color as per their status. We are maintaining Four Status now. In-Active: If vehicle position is not known from last 24 hour. This time can be changed by user at any time. Active Static: Vehicle which are polling, but are nor moving. Active Running: Vehicles which are polling latest and running. Active over Speed: Active running vehicle which are moving more that their defined speed. This can be changed by user through admin panel. Speed for different vehicle can be different.

Trip Monitoring This window shows the Details of Trip which are running with following Details: Trip No, Trip Creation Date/Time, vehicle No, Route Name, Last Station visited, departure time from last Station, Next Station name, Distance to Next Station, ETA, Last Station on that Route, Distance to Last Station and ETA. All distance are Road distance if vehicle is on Route and if it off the route then it will take Aerial distance to nearest point on defined route and then road distance up-to Next and Last station.
