Total 17,802 patients were selected for trial 6/30/2011Slide 13: Rosuvastatin Men aged 50yr & older women aged 60 yrs with have LDL-C<130mg/dl & hs CRP ≥2mg/l Main observation : ↓ LDL-C & hs CRP level & red.in mortality. Result : trial conduct over 1.9yr , Rosuvastatin reduced LDL-C by 50%, hs CRP by 37% in patients compared to placebo group.
