4 Extension of Time – EOT IRCON has submitted the application for Extension of Time – EOT via a letter dated 25 May 2009. In the application, IRCON has listed 4 main causes of delay: Land acquisition, Squatters eviction, Finalization of Sg. Gadut Station location and Deletion of tunnel to be replaced by tunnel by-pass. Therefore, completion date for 1st Milestone (Seremban-Sg. Gadut) is requested from 17 July 2010 to 25 December 2010 and overall project completion up to Gemas from 17 January 2012 to 21 September 2012. Status KLIA Consult has evaluated and make a recommendation to the KTMB on 15 July 2009 for review. Recommendation by KLIA Consult: Extended completion 1st Milestone (Seremban - Sg.
