PLACEMENT OF LV WINDING :

PLACEMENT OF LV WINDING The core is covered with cotton and this coil winding in the core limb. They are fitted tightly in all three limb using pressed board.

PLACEMENT OF HV WINDING This coil is placed on LV winding as second layer of core. -LV coil then after HV coil. - the gap b/w the LV and HV coil is filled with runner of pressed board using cotton.

CLEANING OF TRANSFORMER TANK: When the cabinet of transformer is prepared. Dip in acid at least 15 min. during summer season or otherwise 2 hours. In order to remove paints & rust. Put in water to clean-up. Again put in acid to bring roughness on tank to have proper grip. ACID  WATER  ACID  PRIMER  PAINT

INSULATION:

INSULATION 1.Transformers Insulated with NOMEX brand materials are extremely safe , even when exposed to fire . 2.Pre-compressed board PARMALI board and JAPANEESE insulation paper of best quality is used. 3. Insulation is friendly to use during manufacturing , no skin irritants .

FUNCTION OF TRANSFORMER OIL:

FUNCTION OF TRANSFORMER OIL Muskaan Transformers are designed for a maximum temp. rise of 40-50 o C of oil and winding. Oil is tested for resistivity, dielectric and acidic characteristics. The transformer is immersed in oil which acts as an insulator as well as a coolant .

TESTING OF TRANSFORMER:

TESTING OF TRANSFORMER All transformers are tested for Routine test Routine tests :- Measurement of winding resistance . Measurement of voltage / turn ratio. Measurement of impedance voltage / short circuit . Measurement of No load loss & No load current . Measurement of Insulation resistance . Ratio test between three phases .
