Slide 2:
Many of us have a difficult time sleeping as a result of the pain that we are feeling. If that is the case with you, you may need to deal with the pain first and then deal with the sleep second. There are some things that can be done, however, which will help to induce a natural sleep and may reduce the amount of pain that you are feeling. For example, taking melatonin 30 minutes before you're ready for bed, along with taking a warm bath that is not too hot may help to alleviate some of the pain and get your body ready for a natural night of sleep.
This is something that, in many cases, needs to be dealt with simultaneously. Regardless of whether you are feeling pain or not, you need to have sleep in order to be healthy and balanced as an individual. Do what you can order to relieve some of the pain that you are feeling and get some sleep regularly. You may just notice that the two things are correcting themselves at the same time.
