WHAT IS STRESS ? : 

WHAT IS STRESS ? Here’s the official definition : Stress is the non-specific response of the body to any perceived demand. S = P > R Stress occurs when the pressure is greater than the resource STRESSED…???

WORKSITE STRESS FACTS 75% of the general population experiences at least "some stress" every two weeks (National Health Interview Survey) 47% of U.S. executives surveyed in 2006 didn’t use their vacation time due to job pressures. Upto 60% of all absences are caused by stress. 72% of U.S. workers report emotional stress is pervasive in the worksite. More heart attacks occur on Monday mornings than any other day of the week. You can try to change other people Most of us have figured out that it is not very effective. Other people just don’t seem to want to change for us. Even if they say so, they don’t ever change. Even if they change, it takes so long, we can’ wait. Let’s figure out something else.
