Moving water has energy. It can be used to turn wheels for grinding grain or making electricity. Water can also be used to cool machinery. In most cars, water is used to cool engine. Water is also used to wash things. Slide 4: some creatures that live in water Slide 5: Plankton plankton is derived from the Greek word p?a??t?? ("planktons"), meaning" wanderer" or "drifter". Planktons are the smallest creatures in the sea or water “in general”. Some fishes eats planktons to live. Planktons are divided into functional groups: phytoplankton, zooplankton,Bacterioplankton Slide 6: Lion fishes The lionfish is native to the tropical Indo-Pacific region of the world .and it know as spider fish, turkey fish, dragon fish The common lionfish generally reaches a size of 30-35cm Lionfish have venomous spines that are deadly to their prey Lionfish are voracious predators Slide 7: Elephant fish The family Mormyridae, sometimes called elephant fish they are freshwater fishes native to Africa in the order Osteoglossiformes There is almost 200 species Slide 8: Eels Eels are an order of fish, which consists of four suborders A young eel is called an Elver There is different kinds of Eels Slide 9: Whale sharks Whale sharks is a slow filter feeding shark that is the largest living fish species It can grow up to 12.2 m. (40 ft.) in length and can weigh up to 13.6 tones (15 short tons) Slide 10: JOKE Whats between seas and revers AND Pollutions : Pollutions All living things need clean water, yet it can easily become polluted. This happens when harmful substances are mixed with it. The chemicals which are used in factories and by farmers can pollute our water. So can the sewage from toilets. Plants and animals cannot live in very polluted water. We need to protect clean water, and not waste it. Life without water : Life without water Deserts are place where rain rarely falls. There is very little water in the ground. The huge areas of ice at the poles are deserts. Other kinds of desert are baking hot. They are huge areas of dry and gravel or sand dunes.
