Auto Billing:

Auto Billing Also Known in ACS as MSSPBL Auto Billed memberships always have a “v” in the batch number. Auto Billed always processes approximately the 19 th of each month.

New Auto Billing:

New Auto Billing Also Known in ACS as MSSPBL The new auto-billing program only posts the payment if it has been approved. This will do away with the “CCCL” which indicated a credit card had been declined from auto billing. It also indicates the last four digits in the comments field.

Credit Card Payment:

Credit Card Payment Also Known in ACS as MSSPBL “C” indicates a credit card

Also Known in ACS as MSSPBL In order to determine when a member should receive his refund check; look at the date “processed” field. Refunds - Receiving Checks?

Membership refunds can be viewed in this screen and are designated by the type of code of “REF”. This date indicates when the refund was requested and a check will be returned to us in about 10 days. Once received we will mail the check to the member. Also Known in ACS as MSSPBL Refunds - Viewing

Also Known in ACS as MSSPBL Are designated by a “CCL2” in both the batch and type areas in this screen. The refund is processed within on day to member’s credit card. Refunds To Credit Cards

Refunds To Credit Cards Also Known in ACS as MSSPBL If member states, they are looking at their charge card statement and do not see the refund. Check the cut off date on their statement is after the date the refund was issued.

Journals:

Journals When a member requests a refund of their dues, please find out if they paid by check or credit card. If payment was a credit card, please get the credit number from member to expedite the refund. Also Known in ACS as MSSPBL
