The Ingredients You Will Need :

The Ingredients You Will Need 1 package cheese softened 1/2 cup white splenda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon almond extract 2 cups heavy cream

The Hardware :

The Hardware You will need a hand-mixer, stand mixer or a blender.

Getting Started :

Getting Started Start by softening the cream cheese. (If you are pressed for time you can soften the cream cheese in the microwave by removing it from the wrapper and placing it in a microwave bowl and microwaving for fifteen seconds. )

Stand Mixers :

Stand Mixers After the cream cheese has softened add it to the bowl you shall be mixing in. (If you are using a stand mixer: Attach the whisk attachment) (If you have a whisk attachment for you hand mixer use it)

Choose a Sugar Substitute! :

Choose a Sugar Substitute! Next Add the Sugar Substitute (Choose 1) (1/2 cup works for Splenda) (1/2 cup works for Suncrystals as well) (You can use 1 teaspoon of Stevia liquid or powder) If your making this with sugar use ¼ a cup If it is not sweet enough to your taste you can add more sugar after its whipped. Start with these measurements.

Add Your Extracts :

Add Your Extracts Add ½ tsp of Vanilla Extract Add ½ tsp of Almond Extract Add the whole tsp of the flavor you wish to make your Icing. If you wish Chocolate Frosting Add ¼ cup of cocoa at a time to desired chocolate level.

Now Whip it UP :

Now Whip it UP Turn your mixer on high and whip the cream cheese into submission. Turn your mixer down to low now, so you don’t splatter. When it is lighter, add heavy whipping cream a cup at a time.

Finishing Up :

Finishing Up Push the mixer back up, to high when it looks like you won’t be wearing the contents of the bowel. Your making a whip cream that will not fall so you want to get it to the soft peaks stage. Once the cream stiffens you are ready. This icing will not melt all over the place like traditional whip cream though.
