Comparative Health Care System TripToronto, Canada :Comparative Health Care System TripToronto, Canada In April 2008, eleven Sophie Davis students went on a 3-day trip to Toronto to see first hand the Canadian health care system. Our host was Dr. Michael Rachlis, a physician and health policy expert.


Northern Exposure :Northern Exposure In Sept 2008, Dr Rachlis came to New York to give a lecture about the Canadian health care system. The event was well attended by both students and faculty.
