NEED OF THE STUDY The studies that were conducted earlier were based on relationship between job satisfaction and length of employment in a particular job, job satisfaction and life satisfaction, job satisfaction and work environment, job satisfaction and age, job satisfaction and gender, effect of job insecurity on jab satisfaction. The research gap was identified from review of literature because the researches that were conducted earlier did not talk about the job satisfaction level of employees.

FINDINGS Most of employees were belongs to human resource department. Most of the employees had working experience of more than 21 years. Most of the employees were highly satisfied towards the work assigned to them by the management and none of the employee was highly dissatisfied with the welfare facilities provided to them. Most of the employees were satisfied with their salary. Most of the employees thought that company have excellent policies and practices and none of the employee thought that company’s policies and practices were very poor.

More training and opportunities to work in challenging areas should be given to the employees to increase their job satisfaction level. Employees should work sincerely. Employees should be transparent in expressing their ideas and that ideas should always match with the interest of the company. There should be more sharing of information between them. A platform should be given to the employees so that they can give their ideas. Rewards and recognition should be given to the employees. Develop the skills and potentials of the work force.
