EXISTING SYSTEM Ration is the main area where the corruption and illegal smuggling of goods takes place. This is because every job in the ration shop involves manual work and there are no specific hi-tech technologies to automate the job. The main concerns is the illegal entry in registers of the shop about the amount of products given to the consumers. The second concern is the weight of the products that are given to the people.

PROPOSED SYSTEM The project proposes a way to automate the rationing by using RFID instead of normal ration cards. The motor is used for automatic pouring of the substance. The information of the individual family is stored in the PC.

BLOCK DIAGRAM DESCRIPTIONS MICROCONTROLLER : It controls all the operations and also transfers and receives the data from PC. RFID READER : It reads the data of an individual family and identifies the ration card. STEPPER DRIVE : It acts as an interface between microcontroller and the motor. It gives higher power to the motor. RELAY : It acts as a switch to on/off the motor and valve.
