Fussilli Pasta with Tuna and Mushrooms Ingredients:
( for 3 people)
2 cans of mushrooms
3 cans of tuna
1 fresh tomato
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
500g of Tricolour Fussilli Pasta
Slide 3:
Preparation:
Stew the onion and the garlic in olive oil. Let it golden.
Put the tomato in the pan, cut it in small parts, until it's refined. Then, put the mushrooms. Marinate with the white pepper. Add the tuna and mix everything. Don't let the sauce dry. Cook the Fussilli Pasta with a little of garlic oil. In the end mix the pasta with the tuna and the mushrooms, and it's ready to serve.

Squid Rice :
Squid Rice Ingredients:
500g Squid
3 smashed garlic cloves
2 smashed medium onions
2 mature tomato
2 dl of white whine
1 dessert spoon of tomato concentrate
enough salt
enough pepper
enough chili
enough smashed parsley
enough olive oil
170g of rice
1 pinch of sugar
Slide 6:
Preparation:
Peel and smash the garlic and the onions.
Skin the tomato, take the seeds out and smash it.
Clean the squids and cut them into thick rings.
Make a stew with olive oil, the onions, the cabbage and parsley.
Add a bit of sugar to the squids and tomatos and let it stew.
Sprinkle it with white wine and a soup spoon o water and let it cook during 30 minutes. Add more water and let it boil again. Then add the rice.
Check the seasoning and let it boil in low moderate heat during 15 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with minced parsley.
