Main purpose is to provide advance Information to the members. Mintues :- Written record of the business transacted, resolutions passed & decisions taken at a meeting

Amendments:- It is an alteration or changed proposed in terms of the original or main motion under discussion. Their some Rules for amendments. Motion:- It is a proposal placed before a meeting for discussion & decision. Motion adopted by a meeting becomes a resolution. Resolution - Formal expression of the opinion of a meeting.
