Mr. Bern is admitted to practice before the Courts of the States of Wisconsin (1975) and New York (1982). In addition to admissions to practice in the States of New York and Wisconsin, Mr. Bern is admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts in New York, Wisconsin, Arizona and many other jurisdictions.
