Introduction:

Disease is called by many physicians of today a disorder of the body. The body is one of the most highly organisms known to man. So if the body is orderly, then what takes it out of order? We will seek to bring out these truths and more throughout this presentation. Every man and woman, boy and girl will benefit in knowing how to fight disease and the simple methods that will keep them free from disease. This is a biblical presentation, only for those who desire the truth. We put the laws of health in the disease section simply to emphasize that when the laws of health are broken, a disorder or disease is the result. We only mention a few laws of health; we go more into depth in a different publication Introduction

Everything in our universe operates on law, everything. Any violation of any given law results in a disorder of some kind. For every cause there is an effect, even if it is not felt today, it happened today even though you may not feel it until your tomorrows. Your cell phone operates on laws, the trees in nature, the moon, the flowers, your car, the TV, traffic and of course, your body. When one of these given laws are violated, the perfect unity in the laws are disrupted, disorder exist. We called the disorder of a TV, broken or a disorder of a flower, wilting or death. Sin is a disorder. It was the violation of God’s law by Lucifer once an angel in heaven, now as a result of sin is rightly called Satan. The entire bible is an expression or interpretation of the law of God, the Ten Commandments. But one cannot force the obedience of this law upon another, it has to be as a result of love. For “love is the fulfilling of the law.” This is why spiritual life and health cannot be separated. For when you break the law of God, we immediately suffer a disorder spiritually which effects our physical health, it takes it out of order as well. This is why in the case of a spiritual and physical disorder, forgiveness of sin is needed. However, many are unaware of the laws of health and their violation of them. “My people perish for lack of knowledge. Education removes ignorance. We can drink all the green smoothies and juice and have the best of physicians, but if sin is present, the disorder will remain even though it apparently seems that one is getting better. Many are satisfied with a surface temporary healing, that is only a time bomb waiting to ignite at the inopportune time. But going down deep and finding and then removing the problem that caused the disease is our goal, we hope it will become yours as well. God is merciful to those in ignorance, but He desires that they obtain an education as soon as possible from His Word and other relevant health books. In the past I said the 8 laws of health, but there are the Ten Commandments, which if violated, will affect your physical health as well. See Exodus 15:26. Ten Commands plus 8 laws is 18, the interpretation of which is found in the word of God, the bible. So if the entire bible is an expression of the law of God, 18 turns into a number I cannot define. But 18 is a good place to start, and as you study more, God will only reveal more duty as you are faithful with the plain and obvious duty, the 18 for now. There are too many to number and try and keep, and keep alone. It is impossible to keep the law of God without Divine aid. “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me” It only takes one broken law of God to be in violation of them all. So if God is requiring this keeping of His law, He has given promises to help all who come to Him for help. Otherwise there will be seen in the life disorders of all kinds because of the violated law of God. Their life will not correspond to the true teachings of the Word. Many ministers in popular churches even tell the people that the law of God has been done away with, this false shepherd automatically putting all his flock in a diseased state, which only can be remedied by obedience to the law of God. Health and spirituality cannot be separated. The world has sought to do this and we see on every hand the dreadful results. There are physicians supposing to be healers of the body, who do not even believe in God, is insulting and laughable, and a great disservice to the victims seeking help from him/her. They may have the science down to the T, but the vital component in healing has been removed, God . God and Satan cannot work in harmony. For most people seeking health from a physician, at least find one that believes in God. If one is in a position where a non believing physician is only that which can be secured, much prayer and total dependence on God is recommended. Most people want a quick fix to their lawlessness in dealing with the body. They will gladly pop a pill, drink a green smoothie or whatever, instead of taking a consistent daily course in obedience to the laws that will keep him well. Disease

This book is only written for those who desire the truth; they are willing to take the necessary steps to rid themselves of disease properly that results in long-term permanent healing as long as they adhere to the laws of health. Have you ever wondered why all the billions of dollars that has been raised to fight cancer and other disorders of the body have been futile. Disease is on the rise and it seems with a vengeance, because of the broken laws of health, which many physicians are ignorant of for it is not taught in the popular schools of today, the bible is not used as a text book.

Sin, death, disease will be no longer when “the new heaven and new earth will come forth from the Creators hand, after the destruction of this world of sin. It is not a bad idea to get to know the Creator and the laws that govern our spiritual and physical and mental health. The Ten Commandments can be found in Exodus 20:1-17. After writing the little book 7 Things You Must Know About Your Health I will never again be the same. In this book the simple science to the laws of health are given. I thought to try and write a health book without mentioning God in it. It is impossible to give people the truth about health and leave God out. It does a great disservice to the readers. So I have declared that all of the truth will be told as far as I could deliver, and not hold anything back. Many will avoid this type openness, but if they are not looking for the truth, they have more than enough error out there to satisfy. In this book I will be giving tips here and there on other minor ways of fighting disease, with the major being putting God in the equation. All the tips will be in vain if God is not included in your health experience in a lawful way, where keeping the laws of God is a result of love to Him. “If you love me, keep my Commandments.” A few of the laws are listed below.

The Ten Commandment Laws of God The Health laws of God The Ten Commandments can be found in Exodus 20: 1-17. If these laws are broken as shown throughout the bible disease and death has been the result. See Exodus 15:26 Also with the Ten commandments, if you just break one of them, you have broke them all. See James 2:10 So even though there are 10 commandments, only one has to be broken to be in violation of all. Man in his own strength can not keep the law of God, He has promised help to do everything He is asking. Most will say we are not under law but grace. Yes God has grace, but He expects us to keep His laws. Down here on earth, even man expects you to keep the law, you will be in trouble with man if you killed or stole and so on. It is absurd to think that god would do any less than man. Obeying laws keeps order. This is covered in more detail in the book, 7 Things you must know about your Health. We will start with 8 health laws, they are listed on the next page. If one of the health laws are violated then all of them have been broken. They are found in the Genesis account in the bible. We will just give a brief over view of these laws. So with both laws, it just takes one violation of one and you break them all. The Laws of Health

The 8 Laws of Health:

R est (Resting or trusting in God) E xercise (In the open air) C areful in temperance (don’t over do it whatever it is) O ptimal Nutrition (no snacking) V ery generous amounts of water (at the right times) E ffective fresh air (where there are plenty of trees) R est 2 (a bodily rest) (every hour before midnight is like getting 2 extra hrs.) Y es sufficient sunshine. (get enough avoid too much) These are the eight principles that will keep you healthy. If rightly followed. Only Divine aid can assure success. Following these principles will not save you. But God is One of order. The 8 Laws of Health

Worry & Doubt:

Worry & Doubt When one does not rest or trust in God this is where many mental diseases began. Worry and doubt has taken place of a firm fait. Trusting in God to help and deliver is not present, whatever it is. Faith can be increased by studying and the hearing of God’s Word. Faulty lifestyle habits have made these cases even worse. If just one of the principles are missing out of your life—disease is the result. They must be kept together as a whole to maintain complete health. Only Divine aid can assist in accomplishing this. We wish you the best!!! Study!

Water:

Water when it is drunk, is best when drunk at room temperature. The colder the water the more harmful it is. Your body can not use cold or icy water or liquids. It has to warm it up first. This slows everything. Give your body a break—give it the help it needs. Do not make it work harder to warm a cold liquid. When the body tries to warm the cold liquids it draws energy from everywhere to do it—therefore you may experience a tired feeling. It is said that chewing 32 times is best but depending on your food item it may take more or less. Swallowing food without chewing well-- the food is dumped into the stomach and it has to work harder to break it down. Arthritis soon follows. Arthritis is caused by other factors as well—but at least began eliminating the chewing part. All food must mix well with saliva before it reaches the stomach—therefore it is not good to partake of food items that do not require you to chew or eating rapidly where prolonged chewing is not practiced. Only eat when you can sit down and relax and take your time to chew. Water

Exercise:

Exercise Exercise at least 20 minutes per day. 10 minutes in the morning then 10 minutes in the evening. Do this where there are many trees. This will bring the digestive parts back in good working order. This will give you plenty of sunshine and fresh air. Walking 5 to 6 miles a day is a worthy goal. Exercising outdoors is best, where fresh air(one of the laws of health)can be obtained. Many because they do not exercise have many pains and aches that are in many cases the result of inactivity. Exercise in many cases is better than medicine. Many rust out instead of wearing out because of inaction. The body requires plenty of exercise to keep it in health, walking being the best exercise.

Caution:

Caution: Your stomach may be flat and trim. But if these principles are not followed, your digestive organs are overworked and in a disorganized state. Other areas in the body may breakdown because of overwork. Like driving, one may be able to run red lights without being caught or incur a wreck—but if this is not remedied, fate will soon meet destiny in the awful reality of cause and effect. Caution

Heredity:

How well your parents have adhered to the laws of health will determine how their offspring will be in their fight with disease. Some parents will deliver to their children a robust constitution that will be difficult for disease to attack and prevail. However there are other parents perhaps through ignorance can only impart a weak constitution to their children, because of poor habits and the like. We will not cover this here, it is covered more fully in our book, Storms and we touch a little more on it in the booklet, 7 Things You Must Know About Your Health . Heredity

Remember our bodies do not belong to us, but God. We are His by means of creation and purchased with His blood on the cross through redemption. So we are His twice over. We are His children. If you had a child and you gave him $10,000 dollars. And he went and carelessly squandered it and was in a situation where he was in dire need of more funds, would you give him another $10,000 dollars? Why no, unless this youngster remedied this problem. When one carelessly squanders his/her health and then go and ask for another health loan, our heavenly Father may not grant the loan because He knows that we will squander it anew. But the best thing we can do in our dire need for a new health loan is to show that we can be responsible by seeking out the cause and then removing it—then Do you need a health Loan? Cause

the chances of us receiving a new health loan is greatly increased! Even man today will not give you a loan unless they have reviewed how you have handled money in the past. They look at your history or credit report and the report tells the story of your financial health. Most creditors make their decisions based on the credit report. So when one approaches our Heavenly Father and asks for a health loan, is He not aware of your history and how you have cared for the temple of the Holy spirit, your body, in the past. But God is unlike man. God is merciful. If you will admit and confess that you have messed up and ask for forgiveness with a determination to be more careful and responsible and finding the cause of your problem and removing it. The chances of that health loan being approved is much greater!

Simple & Free:

Real healthcare is free. It should not be costly. For if one will do the simple work of prevention, it will save time, money and misery. And this healthcare should be accessible to all. We make the doctors rich by our voluntary ignorance. You had to know the rules of driving before they let you drive a car legally. Simple & Free

If parents knew the rules to their bodies and taught these faithfully to their kids while they are still young—how many health wrecks would have been spared. If this were done, Obama could not insist all Americans obtain healthcare, because its citizens had learned the lessons of disease prevention and cure. Most know more about the rules to driving a car while they voluntarily remain ignorant to the laws of health.

Slide19:

All disease is the result of violated law(s). When the eight laws of health are broken, in any respect disease is the result. One of the eight laws of health is drinking a sufficient amount of water each day. Even in this simple law, when enough water is not drunk for the day, disease is automatically the result whether we feel it or see it. It is the prolonged violation that disease makes it self finally known. It may take years or several months before one recognizes the violated effect of the 8 laws on the body. Prayerfully and humbly become familiar with the eight laws of health and ask God for His help in keeping them..Just like the ten commandments, if you break one health law—you break them all. They must be kept together as a whole. Only God can give you or me success in keeping His laws. The health laws and His Ten commandment law

It is best to stop drinking with your meals. Drink 15 to 30 minutes before a meal and/or wait 2 hours after the meal is completed. If this is not done, the food sits and it takes much longer to digest—the stomach is working harder and continually . This is so widely practiced and is absolutely harmful that I have made it one of the first steps in fighting disease to stop this today. You will see a big difference if this one health destroying habit is stopped today. Timing Is Everything

Next, get on a schedule of eating and drinking. For example, eat a large breakfast at 7am and then a lunch at 12 noon or 1pm. And if a third meal is to be eaten let it be the lightest so that the stomach is emptied and clear by bedtime and it can rest at night instead of having to work and work harder because you will be sleeping now. Give the stomach time to work then rest a bit before eating your next meal. This is called regularity. This is vital to maintaining the best of health. Schedule your time to drink as well. This is your next critical step in FIGHTING DISEASE. I have worked with diabetics and one of the troubles with them is that they are now forced to eat at the same time daily. They receive their meals first so that they can eat on time. Before their disease, many of them had no regard for regularity and were doing positive harm to their bodies. Get on a schedule, don’t be put in a position where you will be forced to adhere to a schedule or other things to be healthy.

Let me rest please!:

Snacking in between meals is harmful. If snacking is done, this means that the stomach is continually working all the day and if one eats near bedtime it is working all night as well. Now if you had a job and worked day and night--without any rest—how long would you last? The stomach wears out as well and disease is the result . If the stomach could talk, it just may say, “Let me rest, please! Many contract cancers and many other diseases because the digestive organs are overworked. Eat a meal. Give your stomach time to do that job at least 5 to 6 hours and put no other burden on it . Let me rest please!

Fermentation:

Drinking with meals dilutes digestive juices, and food sits and ferments or decays in stomach and becomes smelly—this has been proven to mess up digestion, it is the cause of cancers and a host of many other problems. Eating between meals is just as harmful. Repetition is used to emphasize the danger and damage that is done! This is the reason deodorant is needed and the breath is foul and other foul smells of the body. Fermentation is not only disease causing but it stinks! Fermentation

Plant Based:

The government now recommends a plant based diet—this will give you that extra edge to overcome your bulge. Seek to avoid eating the fruits and vegetables together for this causes fermentation which causes problems and foul smells. The government recommends supplements along with this diet. Eat a great variety of fruits and vegetables along with nuts and whole grains. Cookbooks and other health books will give you more information. Gradually implement this change. One cab be hurt if this is done too quickly. Gradually make the change to become a vegetarian if this is your desire. We have a Cookbook called Veggie Chicken Cookbook in which it will help you start your transition. It is not recommended that you eat Veggie Chicken daily, you can simply select one recipe to use once a week or once every two weeks or once a month. It will help you to slowly began your transition and it will save you the cost of buying vegetarian meats, which can become very pricy and others are full of sodium. “ It is a mistake to suppose that muscular strength depends on the use of animal food. The needs of the system can be better supplied, and more vigorous health can be enjoyed, without its use. The grains, with fruits, nuts, and vegetables, contain all the nutritive properties necessary to make good blood. These elements are not so well or so fully supplied by a flesh diet. Had the use of flesh been essential to health and strength, animal food would have been included in the diet appointed man in the beginning. When the use of flesh food is discontinued, there is often a sense of weakness, a lack of vigor. Many urge this as evidence that flesh food is essential; but it is because foods of this class are stimulating, because they fever the blood and excite the nerves, that they are so missed. Some will find it as difficult to leave off flesh eating as it is for the drunkard to give up his dram; but they will be the better for the change. When flesh food is discarded, its place should be supplied with a variety of grains, nuts, vegetables, and fruits that will be both nourishing and appetizing. This is especially necessary in the case of those who are weak or who are taxed with continuous labor. In some countries where poverty abounds, flesh is the cheapest food. Under these circumstances the

change will be made with greater difficulty; but it can be effected. We should, however, consider the situation of the people and the power of lifelong habit, and should be careful not to urge even right ideas unduly. None should be urged to make the change abruptly. The place of meat should be supplied with wholesome foods that are inexpensive. In this matter very much depends on the cook. With care and skill, dishes may be prepared that will be both nutritious and appetizing, and will, to a great degree, take the place of flesh food. In all cases educate the conscience, enlist the will, supply good, wholesome food, and the change will be readily made, and the demand for flesh will soon cease. Is it not time that all should aim to dispense with flesh foods? How can those who are seeking to become pure, refined, and holy, that they may have the companionship of heavenly angels, continue to use as food anything that has so harmful an effect on soul and body? How can they take the life of God’s creatures that they may consume the flesh as a luxury? Let them, rather, return to the wholesome and delicious food given to man in the beginning, and themselves practice, and teach their children to practice, mercy toward the dumb creatures that God has made and has placed under our dominion.” From Ministry Of Healing 316-317

Cholesterol:

Eggs are your highest source of cholesterol and meat is next. Dairy products are another source of high cholesterol. Dairy products are called liquid meat by some. Your body already produces a certain amount of cholesterol on its own. Adding to this only raises your level and problems. Retraining and relearning how to prepare good nutritious food without these is key. Recently a new study has come out trying to redeem the sad story about eggs, saying they are not really loaded with cholesterol. Do not go for it! Cholesterol

Uncleanness around the home causes disease. When neglected corners of the home and other areas are not faithfully cleaned these can produce germs that are disease causing, where the miasma can become airborne which can infect the family, then the neighborhood and the community as well. Also dead leaves that are not disposed of and kept around the home poisons the air and disease is initiated many times in this case. Also there needs to be a good circulation of the clean pure air and sunshine in the home. When windows are kept closed and carbon dioxide is exhaled by the human agent, this is poisoning the air, everyone breathing each other’s exhaled air is disease causing. Make sure there is a pure circulation of fresh air at all times or the health of the occupants of the home is greatly compromised. Cleanliness in and around the home

Clean Bedding:

Many are aware that a need for clean clothing and sheets on the bed. When we put on clothing, especially that which is next to the skin, fluids that the body released during the day are absorbed by the clothing and should not be worn a second time. If worn a second time, the fluids from the body that were released into the clothing are re-absorbed back into the body, this is disease causing, as a result colds and sniffles and the like is the response of the body, which could lead to many more serious problems. The same result is with the bed sheets. Once a sheet is slept on for the night, it should be hanged and washed. Fluids from the body are released into the sheet. And if one sleeps on this sheet for a second night, the fluids that were released into the sheet will be reabsorbed back into the body and cause olds and sniffles and the like. Taking time to launder clothing and sheets frequently is a must to be free from disease. A second time is all it takes, but I know some allow sheets to remain for a week or more Clean Bedding

Oops I have a Disease:

Find out from the 8 laws of health---what caused your sickness. Then go to work to remove the cause. Then prayerfully proceed. Research, study and think. When one has contracted disease, the best thing to do is to implement the principles we have just went over along with much juicing where carrot juice is your base. This will give your body the fighting power it needs to ward off disease. There are many juicing books with special formulas for specific diseases. Cure Oops I have a Disease

To fight disease you need to observe the laws of health and be attentive to the lifestyle practices or habits. The good habits need to be retained and the bad ones put away. It is simple yet very comprehensive in results that will follow, good or bad. First disease can not be fought successfully without God. The world has done this for the most part, but you as a individual person can be very selective as to who you allow to treat you. Many of the healthcare workers. doctors and nurses do not believe in God or will not consult Him as to how to proceed in your care. So choose carefully. God did not give Adam and Eve a drug tree to keep them healthy—he gave them the natural things of earth. If you are using drugs, greatly increase your use of natural juicing to over power the use of drugs. You have to eat and drink---just eat and drink only the best and lots of it. Obtain books to steer you in the right direction with much prayer.

Variety:

Variety It has been said, variety is the spice of life. This is true. A great variety is needed each day in fruits and vegetable, nuts and whole grains to secure the the very best of the health advantage. We all have our favorite things we love to eat. We eat the same breakfast, the same lunch and the same dinner day after day. But if at all possible include a variety . Diet And Lifestyle

Seek to overcome the inclination to eat the same things. Train your taste and learn to prepare different foods healthfully, best when free from fats and oils. Even if you eat a salad and you put oil on it—the stomach can not digest this—this will sit and ferment and decay in the stomach---seek to use a lemon or learn to prepare your own healthful salad dressing without oil. A great variety will give you that extra advantage in health. In the book Food Combining Made Simple share a few healthful dressing recipes.

Preventing Blood Clots:

When the blood becomes thick and sluggish it could clot and cause a stroke or cardiac arrest. Avoid drinks that are too cold or hot. When too cold your body can not use it until it has warmed it—this slows digestion. Cold also cause the blood to contract, also thickening of the blood is the result which makes it more prone to clotting. The clots can travel to the heart and cause cardiac arrest and if it clots in the brain it could mean a stroke. Careful here !! Also, non exercise or lack of can cause the blood to become thick and sluggish and this could cause the blood to clot. Therefore keeping the body active through much exercise, keeps the circulation of the blood safe. Exercise keeps the blood active and thinner. Where again, walking is the best exercise. I am emphasizing this point because this is widely practiced. And god forbid if one is not exercising and drinking cold water. A nice cool drink of water is refreshing. But a large drink filled with ice is harmful. Most will gulp this down without a care, not knowing the grave danger they are in. Drinking really cold drinks are very tempting. I do not put water to be cooled in a refrigerator. But if you must, pour a little of the cold water halfway in a glass and fill the the rest with room temperature water to give you a nice cool refreshing drink of water, that is safer. Preventing Blood Clots

The Leaves:

“ The leaves are for the healing of the nation.” If these simple words were acted upon, many would recover from many diseases where now many are struggling . The leaves or herbs are food. Some herbs are more popular than others. I think of the bay leaf in which many are familiar and use in many recipes and of course for medicinal purposes. Another herb that is quite popular is sage. It is used in making many recipes. In short if the leaves are used already in foods it could be just a matter of eating a meal. But we mess up when we add many harmful condiments.
