There, he incorporated 7 Major Commands' inputs into tenacious mobility as well as special operation forces portfolio that cost $110 throughout the 5 Years Defense Plan for the Global Mobility enterprise. Patrick also suggested and developed Air Force positions on fiscal programming, force structure, and flying hours for senior Air Force leaders making the Program Objective Memorandum along with the President's Budget.

Patrick Rhatigan is the 19th Airlift Wing Commander at Little Rock Air Force Base, AR, and has been successfully delivering his responsibilities since the last 1 year. During his professional journey, he completed many crucial projects. After completing his Master's Degree in Military Operational Art and Science from Air Command and Staff College, he joined Headquarters Air Force, AF/A8 Plans and Programs based in Pentagon.

He served the Headquarters as the Chief of the Mobility Programs Integration Branch for 1 year. Col. Rhatigan has also worked at the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force based in Pentagon for 2 years. He joined the office as a Speechwriter to the Secretary of the Air Force, and conducted a policy review of testimony and statements by the senior Air Force leaders. He had also written congressional testimony, and had prepared Secretary of the Air Force manuscripts, remarks, and speeches that were used in internal Air Force, as well as public arenas.

Patrick Rhatigan possesses extensive military experience, and comprehensive knowledge about DoD, Information Assurance, Air Force, Aviation, Government Contracting, National Security, Operational Planning, Defense, Government, Security Clearance, and more. He is a graduate in English from United States Air Force Academy, and has received his Master's degrees in Military Operational Art and Science and National Security Strategy from Air Command and Staff College and National War College, respectively.
