A resident of Seattle, WA, Patrick Burns is a Pro-Tem Judicial officer who practices at Kent and Kirkland Municipal Courts. He is a knowledgeable and well qualified law practitioner who received his Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Washington in 1975.
