HOCKEY : 

HOCKEY Hockey refers to a family of sports in which two teams play against each other by trying to maneuver a ball, or a puck, into the opponent's goal, using a hockey stick. Field hockey is played on gravel, natural grass, sand-based or water-based artificial turf, with a small, hard ball. The game is popular among both males and females in many parts of the world, particularly in Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa

About Cricket : 

About Cricket In this game there are two teams in every team there are eleven players. Both the teams are from other countries. The winner team is selected for the next level.

Badminton : 

Badminton Badminton is a racquet sport played by either two opposing players (singles) or two opposing pairs (doubles), who take positions on opposite halves of a rectangular court that is divided by a net. Players score points by striking a shuttlecock with their racquet so that it passes over the net and lands in their opponents half of the court. The beginnings of Badminton can be traced to mid-18th century British India, where it was created by British military officers stationed there.[

Golf : 

Golf Golf is a precision club-and-ball sport , in which competing players (golfers), using many types of clubs, attempt to hit balls into each hole on a golf course while employing the fewest number of strokes. Golf is one of the few ball games that does not require a standardized playing area. The game is played on golf "courses", each of which features a unique design, although courses typically consist of either nine or 18 holes.

Chess : 

Chess Chess is a board game played between two players. It is played on a chessboard, which is a square-checkered board with 64 squares arranged in an eight-by-eight grid. The current form of this game emerged in Europe during the second half of the 15th century after evolving from an older game (Shatranj) of Indian origin.

Tennis : 

Tennis Tennis is a sport usually played between two players (singles) or between two teams of two players each (doubles). Each player uses a racquet that is strung to strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt over a net into the opponent's court. The modern game of tennis originated in the United Kingdom in the late 19th century as "lawn tennis"

Korfball : 

Korfball Korfball is a game played by over 50 countries in the world. It is not as popular in India as other sports, but is still played by a significant amount of people.

Lacrosse : 

Lacrosse Indian National Lacrosse Federation Lacrosse is a fairly new sport in India which was introduced in 2006. It is now being played by schools in Shillong , Meghalaya and mostly unknown in the rest of the country.

Tennikoit : 

Tennikoit It is an outdoor game which was started in India in the early 1960s. Four decades since its inception, the game has risen from district levels to international levels with nearly 20 countries all over the world competing for the crown.

Boxing : 

Boxing Boxing is a combat sport and martial art in which two people fight using their fists. Boxing is typically supervised by a referee engaged in during a series of one- to three-minute intervals called rounds, and boxers generally of similar weight. A boxing match typically consists of a determined number of three-minute rounds, a total of up to 12 rounds.

Cycling : 

Cycling Cycling, also called bicycling or biking, is the use of bicycles for transport, recreation or for sport. The Tour de France is an annual bicycle race held in in France and nearby countries.

About weight lifting : 

About weight lifting Weight lifting is a type of game in which we see that how much weight we can lift. To participate in this game we have to be a powerful person. This is a very interesting game I like this game

Table tennis : 

Table tennis Table tennis, also known as ping pong, is a sport in which two or four players hit a lightweight, hollow ball back and forth with rackets. Table tennis is the most popular racket sport in the world. This game can be played inside or outside.

About running : 

About running In this the players have to run very fast to complete the race. In this there are no teams all the players are single. All the players came from different States. It is very interesting

Gymnastics : 

Gymnastics Gymnastics is an activity and sport involving performance of exercises requiring physical strength, flexibility, agility, co-ordination, balance, and grace. Other gymnastic sports include rhythmic gymnastics, the various trampolining sports, and aerobic and acrobatic gymnastics. Participants can include children as young as two years old and sometimes younger doing kinder gym and children's gymnastics, recreational gymnasts of all ages, competitive gymnasts at varying levels of skill, as well as world class athletes.

Kayaking : 

Kayaking Kayaking is the use of a kayak for moving across water. Kayaking and Canoeing are also known as Paddling. Because of their range and adaptability, kayaks can be a useful mode of transport for other outdoor activities such as diving, fishing, and wilderness exploration.

Mountain biking : 

Mountain biking Mountain biking is a sport which consists of riding bicycles off-road, often over rough terrain, using specially adapted mountain bikes. Mountain biking can generally be broken down into multiple categories: cross country, trail riding, all mountain, downhill, free ride, street riding, dirt jumping and trials.

Scuba diving : 

Scuba diving It is a form of underwater diving in which a diver uses a scuba set to breathe underwater for recreation, commercial or industrial reasons. Unlike early diving, which relied exclusively on air pumped from the surface, scuba divers carry their own source of breathing gas .

Sepak takraw : 

Sepak takraw Sepak takraw or kick volleyball, is a sport native to Southeast Asia, although it was first originated from the Peninsular Malaysia of Malaysia. Resembling volleyball, except that it uses a rattan ball and only allows players to use their feet, knee, chest and head to touch the ball.

Rock climbing : 

Rock climbing Rock climbing is a sport in which participants climb up or across natural rock formations or artificial rock walls. Rock climbing competitions have objectives of completing the route in the quickest possible time or the furthest along an ever increasingly harder route. Rock climbing is a physically and mentally demanding sport, one that often tests a climber's strength, endurance, agility, and balance along with his or her mental control.

Archery : 

Archery Archery is the art, practice, or skill of propelling arrows with the use of a bow. Archery has historically been used for hunting and combat. In modern times however, its main use is that of a recreational activity.

Billiards &Snookers : 

Billiards &Snookers Snooker is a cue sport that is played on a large green baize-covered table with pockets in each of the four corners and in the middle of each of the long side cushions. It is played using a cue and snooker balls: one white cue ball, 15 red balls worth one point each, and six balls of different colours : yellow (2 points), green (3), brown (4), blue (5), pink (6) and black.

Wrestling : 

Wrestling Wrestling is an ancient martial art that uses grappling type techniques such as clinch fighting, throws and takedowns, joint locks, pins and other grappling holds. A wrestling bout is a physical competition, between two (occasionally more) competitors or sparing partners, who attempt to gain and maintain a superior position.

About Basketball : 

About Basketball There are seven players in basketball. In playing basketball we can stretch our body,to become taller. In basketball first we have to dribble the ball and then throw it into the basket. We have to take the ball from the other team. Basketball is a very interesting game.

Volleyball : 

Volleyball Volleyball is a sport played all over India, both in rural as well as urban India. Volleyball is an Olympic team sport in which two teams of 6 players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules.

About Football : 

About Football There are eleven players in football. In football we have to kick the ball with the help of our foot. In this game we can’t touch the ball with our hands,only the goalkeeper can touch it with his hands.if any of the player touch the ball with her hand,it would be a foul.

About rugby : 

About rugby In this there are players and two teams. In this game the players of the team have to take the ball to the goalpost with their hands. The game of rugby football developed from a version of football played at Rugby School and was originally one of several different versions of football played at English public schools during the 19th century.

Bandy : 

Bandy Bandy, sometimes unofficially named Russian hockey. It is a team winter sport played on ice, in which skaters use sticks to direct a ball into the opposing team's goal. The rules of the game have many similarities to those of association football: the game is played on a rectangle of ice the same size as a football field.

Netball : 

Netball Netball is a ball sport played between two teams of seven players. The sport shares many similarities with basketball, having been derived from early versions of women's basketball. It developed as a distinct sport in the 1890’s in England, from where it spread to other countries.

Ice hockey : 

Ice hockey Ice hockey, known simply as hockey in Canada and the United States. It is a team sport played on ice. It is one of the world's fastest sports, with players on skates capable of going high speeds on natural or artificial ice surfaces.

Handball : 

Handball Handball is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each (six outfield players and a goalkeeper) pass a ball to throw it into the goal of the other team. Modern handball is usually played indoors, but outdoor variants exist in the form of field handball (which was more common in the past) and beach handball.

Kabaddi : 

Kabaddi It is a team contact sport that originated in Tamil Nadu, a game for preparing soldiers. Two teams occupy opposite halves of a field and take turns sending a "raider" into the other half, in order to win points by tagging or wrestling members of the opposing team; the raider then tries to return to his own half, holding his breath and chanting "kabaddi, kabaddi, kabaddi" during the whole raid. It is the national game of Bangladesh, and the state game of Punjab, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh in India.

Softball : 

Softball Softball is a team game commonly played in the United States and other countries. It is a direct descendant of baseball although some key differences are that softballs are larger than baseballs and the pitches are thrown underhand rather than overhand. Softball is played on a smaller diamond than in baseball.

Floor ball : 

Floor ball Floor ball, a type of floor hockey, is an indoor team sport which was developed in the 1970s. Floor ball is most popular in areas where the sport has developed the longest, such as the Czech Republic, Finland, Sweden, Norway and Switzerland. The game is played indoors on a gym floor.

Gilli - Danda : 

Gilli - Danda It is a sport played using one small stick (gilli) and a large stick (danda) like cricket with ball being replaced by Gilli. It is still played in villages of Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharahstra etc. states of India only as a recreational sport among boys. It is played in very warm weather.

Kancha : 

Kancha It is played using marbles (kancha) in cities as well as villages by small boys only as gully sport. The winner gets the kancha of other boys.

Kite Flying : 

Kite Flying It is played by many people in India in cities as well as villages. The festival of Makar Sankrantis marked with competitions of this.
