BEFORE NOW present perfect simple have/has done (3rd form of verb) To speak about things, which happened before now and, which are relevant or have a result now. We cannot use “past time markers” with this tense, because we are speaking about now. just since for already yet

BEFORE NOW THEN (a point in the past) past perfect had done (3rd form of verb) BEFORE To speak about things, which happened before an event in the past. This tense is used to show which of two past events happened first.

Slide 3: 

BEFORE BEFORE BEFORE NOW THEN (a point in the future) future perfect will have done(3rd form of verb) To speak about things, which will be finished before a point of time in the future.
