John 15:9-17:

As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. If you obey my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father’s commands and remain in his love. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends. You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you to go and bear fruit – fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in my name. This is my command: Love each other. John 15:9-17

The Day God Called You Home:

God took the strength of a mountain, the majesty of a tree, The warmth of a summer sun, the calm of a quiet sea, The generous soul of nature, the comforting arm of night, The wisdom of the ages, the power of eagle’s flight, Then God combined these qualities, there was nothing more to add, His masterpiece was now complete, and He lovingly called it, Dad. The Day God Called You Home

What Makes A Dad:

God looked around His garden and He found an empty place. He looked down upon this earth and saw your tired face, He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest, God’s garden must be beautiful He always takes the best. He knew that you were suffering, He knew you were in pain, He knew that you would never get well upon this earth again , He saw the road was getting rough, and the hills were hard to climb, So he closed your weary eyelids and whispered “Peach be thine ”. It broke our hearts to lose you but you didn’t go alone, For part of us went with you the day God called you home. What Makes A Dad
