Decision making technique developed by Edward De Bono Looks issues from multiple angles Helps take right decisions Keeps you away from habitual decision making styles Able to understand all aspects of a decision Overall quality of decision goes up Human errors in decision making : Human errors in decision making Most of us have our own decision making styles Thus we may not take into account all aspects of the subject matter before deciding. As a result we are likely to take lot of wrong decisions. Use of Six thinking hats can overcome such decision problems. Where and how to use the hat? : Where and how to use the hat?
