Essential tremor : Essential tremor An intention tremor When at rest or with arm hanging down, not supporting its own weight, tremor improves Positive Romberg test : Positive Romberg test Patient falls back when eyes are closed and she tries to stand still Normally posture is maintained A cerebellar finding Congenital Vertical Nystagmus : Congenital Vertical Nystagmus Watch up to 0:45 : Watch up to 0:45 Abnormal CN VIII : Abnormal CN VIII Positive Babinski : Positive Babinski Clonus : Clonus Chorea : Chorea Dysdiadochokinesis : Dysdiadochokinesis Unilateral neglect : Unilateral neglect In another test for neglect, the patient is asked to draw a vertical line that divides each horizontal line in half: Central or peripheral?
