CU Online and Current Account

BCU has installed a new Electronic Funds Transfer facility ( EFT ) that allows you to transfer money to and from other financial institutions or pay bills all with the click of a button. You can even so on-line from the comfort of your own home.

With the new EFT facility every member’s account in BCU now has its own Sort Code and EFT Account Number and a EFT Balance has been created on your credit union account for you This effectively means that you can operate your credit union account the same as your current account in the bank, except of course there is one big difference With your credit union there is NO FEES!!!

Just like a current account you can now: Set up both incoming and outgoing direct debits (to and from) your credit union account. Set up regular bill payments. Have your salary paid directly into your credit union account. Have your pension paid directly into your credit union account. Have any other payments you receive paid directly into your credit union account. All with your new Sort Code and EFT Number

You will be asked to choose a Username and Password And to enter some basic personal details Hit Submit

You are registered!: 

You are registered! In addition to your Username & Password, you will receive a Pin number in the post 3 to 4 working days after you register. You will need all three to sign in to CU-online. Keep them safe

How does it work?: 

Once you have received your pin in the post you can now sign in. How does it work?

Click on Payments You can set up payments to pay bills You can transfer money to your bank account Or transfer money to pay your loan or to another BCU account

Setting up a destination for a payment is easy You can do once off or set up regular payments/ standing orders Once you have set up a payment once it will always be available to you

To make lodgements to BCU from a bank or another credit union, first sign a mandate in our office to set payment up Once you have registered once, you will always be able to lodge money to BCU at the touch of a button

It gets even easier! You can use the Quick Transfer facility under the main menu to transfer funds. When you’re finished Simply Log Out
