Winter Carnival In Quebec International snow sculpture festival; well-known and the biggest event of the winter carnival in Quebec city, Canada The sculpture event, during the winter carnival started in 1894 Since 1955, this Winter Carnival has been held without a break Winter carnival-2009 begins on January 30th and will last three weeks till February 16th
