You can improve your admission round by round if you have given better options above. If you come to know that now you are comfortable and don’t want to improve (?) then you can submit retention form only after first round. You are suppose to give two years service to nation after completion of MBBS. If you fail to do so you need to pay 1000000 Rs. For next five years you are not allowed to go to any foreign country Ear mark is real help to your category student if you are getting admission on your own.
