INTRODUCTION : 

Today we use are using Electronic Devices in our Daily activities Like Computers, Mobile, IPods , ATM etc In all these devices we Same Components Like Transistors, Diodes, I.C’s etc We commonly use FOUR components Micro Processor Bios Crystal Ram INTRODUCTION

What is a Micro Processor ? : 

Micro Processor is an Integrated Circuit (I.C). Instead of Using many Transistors we use a Single I.C This can do any Work It can be used in any Circuits depending on the usage What is a Micro Processor ?

History of Micro Processor : 

It was invented by INTEL in 15th November 1971 It was Named as 4004 , has nearly 2,300Transistors PC was Created by IBM in 1981. After 30 years its speed increased 18,500 times History of Micro Processor

Placing with respect to Circuit : 

Micro Processor has holes (or) metal spaces fill with LEAD. If any Mistakes are there they are Corrected . A layout is taken for Circuit . Fix it by Calculated Frequency. Removing unwanted I.C . Placing with respect to Circuit

About BIOS : 

About BIOS BIOS is Basic Input Output System It contains the startup program It sends its contents to RAM , Micro Processor With out BIOS , Micro Processor DON’T know what to do .

About RAM : 

About RAM RAM is Random Access Memory. It speeds the sending of data. But its TIME is limited. The information which is present in RAM is displayed on the SCREEN.

About Crystal : 

About Crystal Crystal is a CLOCK SIGNAL sender. It knows at which TIME Data must be transferred. It control Micro Processor with TIME control With Out this Micro Processor DON’T know when to transfer data.

Applications : 

Applications Micro Processor is used every where. Computers DVD Players IPods ATM Etc……

Advantages : 

Advantages Micro Processor can be used any where it DIGTAL ELECTRONICS. We can place a Micro Processor instead of thousands of TRANSISTORS. We can make it a Small Circuit. It is Portable , Cheap.

Disadvantages : 

Disadvantages With Out BIOS , CRYSTAL , RAM it cannot work. Required Gates must be placed. Frequency must be calculated.

Conclusion : 

Conclusion Micro Processor is an important & Mandatory Component for Electronic Devices . In Future Disadvantages in this may be removed
