DEFININTIONS OF SOFT SKILLS “Soft skills refer to all aspects of generic skills that include the cognitive elements associated with non-academic skills. Soft skills are identified as the most critical skills in the current global job market especially in a fast-moving era of technology [2] .” “Soft skills contribute to a person’s ability to manage him or herself and relate to other people skills which matter twice as much as IQ or technical skills in job success [3] .

WHAT IS EQ?: 

WHAT IS EQ? EQ is a leader’s ability to recognize and understand (be aware of) emotions in him/herself and in others.  All emotions are derivations of five core senses: happiness, sadness, anger, fear and shame. EQ is the ability to use this awareness to manage behaviour and relationships.

PROFESSIONAL ETHICS:: 

PROFESSIONAL ETHICS : When a person is at the work spot, he must think of his work only. He must put his heart & soul into the work. Each employee is an organic part of the organization & must strive to contribute his mite to the successful functioning of the organization.
