Slide 3: Type of stress How can STRESS be good? -When STRESS serves a positive motivation, it is considered benefic. Positive Stress: helps us alert , motivates us to face and drive us to solve problems. Negative Stress: on the other hand, results when our body over-react to events. Slide 4: Symptoms of STRESS….
