A well drawn up communication policy will ensure clarity & effectiveness in the manner of sharing information and having interactions during internal communication or external communication. The policy will have to cover the Cardinal Principles of Communication. Communication Policy Consists of: Adequacy Transparency Consistency (e.g. during negotiating with clients)Specifics of Communication Policy: Specifics of Communication Policy Communication Policy will depend on: Nature of Organization Size of Organization Spread of organization There are basic 9 specifics that could be included in the Communication Policy:Specifics that could be included in the Communication Policy: Specifics that could be included in the Communication Policy 1.
