Trademark A trademark shows that a business, person, or government organization, that they own the slogan or symbol that relates to a product. Ex. The McDonalds M Ex. Solgan “subway, eat fresh!”

Fair Use : 

Fair Use Fair use is a law that that allows someone to use copyrighted material without permission of the copyright holder. Like for things like reviews and scholarships. Ex. Using Google images for a book report.

Piracy : 

Piracy Piracy is illegally downloading things from the internet. The unauthorized use of copyrighted martial Ex. Using lime wire to download music without fee.
